It is a clear violation of YouTube's 'Terms of Use', specifically, Section 4(D) here.
Accordingly, Yeliad's account will be suspended, and his entry in this contest is disqualified. (However, his other entries in other contests may still be approved - see the Badasht Video Contest for more information.)
This is as per BountyUp.com's "Terms and Conditions", Section 1 - "Don't do anything illegal.", and Section 10, "Play Fair."

Im still slightly confused about Yeliad's suspension. So the above screenshot was from HIS website which violates YouTubes policy of "[using] the Website or its related services (such as the Embeddable Player), for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue"? Is that correct?Does this mean that in order to get any money from this contest we also have to contact YouTube first to get permission?

At the time of the screencap, his URL was simply wrapping a frame around the entire YouTube website, and displaying his own ads at the bottom. Prize money is not, as far as I understand it, "Advertising or Subscription" revenue - so you should be fine.(Log in or register to comment.)
Which Song?
Can it be just any MimosA song, or does it have to be a specific one? And where do I go to get the song - do I need to go buy the album on iTunes? Are you guys giving permission for me to stick it into a video?
