1 Basic Requirements

Saw this in the 90s, it was a beautiful thing - basically a fish-tank set between the two front seats, it bubbled air up through the gasoline to vaporize it on the way to the engine. Essentially providing a low-tech retrofit for higher fuel efficency to old cars.

I lost my copy of the schematics, and I want them back.
