Santa Fe is sorely lacking in Green Space. This cash is on the table for a new Municipal Park, minimum 3 acres. The bounty could be closed by a private individual who donated sufficient real estate, or by the City itself.

Location, location, location

Does it matter where this park is? It seems to me that you should specify that this should be within Santa Fe County or at least defined. Thoughts?

Distance by travel

I think the park location should be defined by how long it takes to get there, travelling only on public transit. And I suppose that should be restricted to fully accessible public transit, as well.

Publicly accessible

It should be obvious, but the park ought to be public, meaning it has no entrance fees and is open to all regardless of residency, status, etc, etc.

Question about changing the Bounty

OK...so if we agree on this stuff how do we change the original bounty to reflect these changes? Are we supposed to get rburnes to change the original bounty? But then again, Josh you've already pledged on it so how can he change a bounty that you've already pledged on...I suppose you could just start a new contract that specifies this criteria?
