Can the license be resold?
For the person that actually figures this out, can they also sell the license to other people? Also can the existing licenses be resold to other people?(Log in or register to comment.)
Who gets the breeding license?
If there are a hundred different people that pledge on this bounty does that mean that they all get the "non-exclusive breeding license?"
